STAUB cast iron square grill pan. The ridges on the base of the rectangular Staub griddle pan create an authentic grill effect and keep food succulent and tasting delicious as food only makes partial contact with the base. Instead of being reabsorbed by the food, excess fat and fluid run down into these ridges. The enameled cast iron heats up quickly and distributes heat steadily and evenly across the base so that food is cooked gently after being browned, retaining its nutritional value and flavor. The two narrow handles on either side make the pot easy to move and take up little space on the hob, and since the pan can also be used in a hot oven, you have space for even more food. The pan is also suitable for all heat sources and gives excellent results when used with induction hobs as well. Cast iron has long been considered one of the most reliable materials for roasting and cooking. Flavour intensifies as cooking progresses and dishes stay warm for a long time thanks to its excellent heat-retaining properties. With its clean design, the pan also looks at home in traditional and modern kitchens. The Staub griddle pan will inspire you to experiment with new recipes over and over again. Made by STAUB in France.

Staub's round wok is extremely versatile. You can use it to shallow fry, deep fry, steam, and slow cook a multitude of delicious Asian recipes such as bami Goreng. Vegetables are especially quick to cook in a wok. They retain their natural look and firmness as well as their vitamins and other nutrients. The graphite-grey wok from Staub is therefore ideal for healthy eating.

Beautiful and functional, love this Wok. Carole. Milford, CT. Mon Jul 15 2019

For centuries, cooks have taken advantage of the natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. Staub builds on this tradition with the enameled cast iron frying pan. Black matte enamel inside and a cooking surface create a culinary advantage for better browning, braising, and roasting. Colourful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction.

Mine is in Grenadine. It is beautiful. I made Sous Vide ribeye steaks last night and seared them in this cast iron pan that I preheated and added olive oil. It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan. I purchased this pan expressly for my Sous Vide searing but I use the pan for other things too like fried potatoes.. Joyce. Cherry Hill, NJ. Sun Mar 10 2019

As cast iron can reach high heat on a low to medium setting, you can seal your food quickly and lock in the moisture, nutrients, and flavors, producing succulent tasty meals. It is a very healthy way of cooking too as the cooking fat drains away and collects below the ribs. The helper handle sets this Square Grillit® apart from others, for extra ease of use and stability when lifting a full pan. The grill is coated with Le Creuset’s specialist finish. Durable and easy to clean, enamel interior has been specially designed to protect the pan (no seasoning is required) and is ideal for searing and grilling foods such as meat, fish, and vegetables. Over time, it develops a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying. The Square Grillit® is suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven, under the grill, and on the barbecue, and is protected by a Lifetime Guarantee for total peace of mind. Only low to medium heat is required when cooking and will achieve the high surface heat required for searing.

This is perhaps my most favorite thing to use in the kitchen at the moment! I got this (and 2 other Le Creuset items - thanks to the extra discount at Wayfair!) 4 days ago, and since then have made the perfect steak (2 inch filet mignon), grilled fish and grilled vegetables while staying indoors, without being afraid to go outside the house to grill and without the fuss of charcoal grilling!!. With its smooth base and high rim, it is suitable for both pan dishes and roasting meat and fish, as well as stewing vegetables. Kingston Medium 120 cm with woodstorage Steel thickness: 0,8 mm Incl. Stainless steel ring, log grate and poker

Rewriting this review - the burner is of not-so-great quality. The metal started to rust after the first rain. It was also listed as 'clay,' which led me to believe the coating was a ceramic that should hold up to the weather, but it isn't. It is black powder coated steel. It's a very expensive burner for it to fail that quickly.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 24 2026
