Basically a good product, a bit disappointed with the amount green mould on some of the sections of timber, most probably due to being wrapped in plastic for some time.. Michael. Oakham, GB. Mon Jul 20 2020

Garden bench is very attractive shape and seems comfortable and sturdy. Would have given it 5 stars but the wood did have a lot of green spots which spoiled the look a little bit. Hoping they will become less obvious with weathering.. Lynn. Newcastle Upon Tyne, GB. Fri Jul 24 2026

With its shaped facia, overlap timber roof and attractive trellis detail, the Arum Arbour looks lovely in any garden or patio. A beautiful feature to place in a special spot to sit and take a moment, an arbour would make a very welcome gift! It is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine which has been pressure treated to protect it from rot and insect attack for many years. This can still be painted should you wish to personalise your new arbour. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot; please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given). Supplied pressure treated for long life, painted model shown is for illustration only.

I bought this arbour to replace my old one, which had rotted due to the difficulty of repainting all the fiddly bits. This one looks really good and was very easy to paint I altered the layout when assembling so that the side panels had the smooth sides facing out so that the rain would run off easier instead of sitting on the little ledges, and it was easier to paint. The only downside with the quality was that there were a few places where the nails had come through or missed the struts when the arbour was made at the factory and one or two splinters, and bad nail gunning. I painted all the parts prior to assembling (and after) which made it easier to get into all the little splinters and rough bits, and also there could have been a few edging strips to hide and protect the edges where back and front panels met, and the diamond at the back could have done with a decorative strip to hide the nails. HOWEVER Overall for the money it is good value. I am making a couple of ledges for the side windows to hold a cup and it will also hide/protect the edges of the panels.. Vivienne. Supplied in its natural pressure treated finish, painted model shown is for illustration only.

This product is supplied with a galvanized base. Pressure-treated to protect against rot, it comes supplied in a natural timber finish and all instructions and fixings are included.

I'm afraid nearly all the metal parts connecting the flatpack pieces were rusted. Would have been willing for a replacement but they couldn't deliver and pick up on the same day and I was unwilling to dedicate three days to this as you only get a time slot for pick up the day before and I work. So poor product and poor service.. Tabitha. Woodford Green, . Sat May 30 2015
