Rewriting this review - the burner is of not-so-great quality. The metal started to rust after the first rain. It was also listed as 'clay,' which led me to believe the coating was a ceramic that should hold up to the weather, but it isn't. It is black powder coated steel. Nice chiminea and versatile for both charcoal BBQ cooking or for a patio fireplace. It comes pretty much full assembled, you just have to sit the chimney on top. We raised ours off the ground with bricks (for more height) - otherwise it would have looked a bit unsubstantial and also any smoke would be blowing into people face level. Liven up your patio with this original and genuine Mexican chimenea. The Colima is smooth and simple, all round shape and soft. In red it is a beautiful pure chimenea suitable for any setting. It is wider and larger and can take bigger logs. Ideal for bigger gardens.
