The seat cushions are not reversible - they have a black, anti-slip pad on the underside. The seats and table are UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If they do get wet then allow them to fully dry in the sun or somewhere warm before you store them. This set includes a FREE water resistant cover but please note, this is not fully waterproof and you should still store your cushions somewhere dry during wet weather and through winter. This worked so well for my Modway Siesta Canopy Daybed. I highly recommend it for protecting your daybed from the elements. I like it, because I can keep my daybed dry and use it anytime I want by easily pulling back the protective cover.
