The lights are lovely give off a really good light, they are light weight so if putting on a hard surface they will definitely have to be screwed down. I had bother with batteries not charging after 4 days and they wouldn't even charge in an electric charger however after buying replacement batteries they worked fine, lights won't work with some solar batteries you gave to get the ones recommended as they require correct voltage etc. J.
