Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. So far, seems like a good parasol. The main photo on the site is misleading since it shows LED lights underneath but the actual parasol doesn’t have them. The spec doesn’t say that it has LEDs, so again, the picture is misleading. I installed this on a new Schneider universal ground anchor which doesn’t include bolts. Please note that we recommend treating the umbrella fabric with a waterproofing spray if it is subjected to heavy rainfall.
