I'm afraid nearly all the metal parts connecting the flatpack pieces were rusted. Would have been willing for a replacement but they couldn't deliver and pick up on the same day and I was unwilling to dedicate three days to this as you only get a time slot for pick up the day before and I work. So poor product and poor service.. Tabitha. Woodford Green, . Sat May 30 2015

This heavy-duty hardtop gazebo crafted from galvanised steel and aluminium is expertly designed to withstand unpredictable severe weather, including storms with winds exceeding 129 km/h.

Five stars for the assembled product and quick delivery, but arrived with 2 duplicate parts (instead of left and right fitting beams), but being impatient I drilled new holes myself so I could get on with building it instead of waiting for a replacement part. The Roof holes were also too small for screws so had to drill bigger holes in order to secure roof. Being stubborn I built it by myself and took a while, but once you get the first bits done, the rest is fairly simple. Doesn’t help that my eyes are going and the instructions are in font 6. Good value for money if you don’t mind bodging things.. Gary. Lisburn Ni. Tue Sep 15 2026

The product is 5*, but the fact you need to employ someone to order the timber and build it for you , makes it expensive.. Debbie. Annalong Newry, GB. Tue Jun 04 2024

Its low quality as when we were assembling it, some parts already came off as it is only fixed with staples. It took 2 people to assemble for 3 hours. It looks nice once assembled but I have to paint it to make it look more appealing.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 04 2025

I love this swing! Most evenings I sit on it with my laptop and watch my neighbors stroll by as I work. I'll probably have to get a seat cushion because my bottom does get sore after a couple of hours in it. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because the assembly is a little tricky with the cam lock connectors (l guess IKEA uses them too). I recommend this swing because the it's a nice-looking, high-quality piece at an affordable price.. Karen. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Aug 20 2023
