Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Furthermore, having your own tools cuts down the installation time, but having the required tools is pretty deep if you’re just a homeowner. I recommend this set. Once completed it looks great. I bought a Tutti Bambini play mat and overall I’d say it’s a really solid choice, especially if you want something that looks nice in your home as well as being practical for a baby. The first thing I noticed was the quality. It feels well-made and has a decent amount of cushioning, which is great for tummy time and when babies start rolling and crawling. It’s comfortable enough that I can sit on it with my baby without feeling the hard floor underneath, which makes a big difference during longer play sessions. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to clean. The surface is wipeable, so any spills, milk, or mess can be sorted in seconds. That alone makes it much more convenient than fabric mats, which tend to absorb everything and need frequent washing. I also really like the design. Unlike a lot of baby products, it doesn’t look overly bright or plastic-y. The neutral, modern patterns mean it blends in well with the rest of the room, and in some cases it can even replace a rug. A very popular playhouse for many years, the Pixie continues to be a firm favourite with both children and adults. It is a lovely design with a glazed front and a pretty roof canopy so that it is not an eyesore in your garden! What a gorgeous den! It is made from high-grade, FSC-approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm framing. The joinery made opening windows and glazed doors are all mortice and tenon jointed so are storm resistant. The Pixie complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark so features acrylic glazing and a full-length hinge. The playhouse is finished in a honey brown base coat treatment ready for painting or staining after installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
