The handmade Caboose playhouse is guaranteed to be excitedly received by children and adults too! With an enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus the small veranda it is an ideal first playhouse. It is tested to EN71 the European safety standard for toys. The timber is all high grade, FSC certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you've agreed on a colour! The Kitty is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. One thing that isn't clear in the photos or description is that there are not trays in each of the 5 water levels. They are actually soft plastic/ polythene liners that are screwed in to place.
