This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Over the course of the next few hours it grew until it was 30cm deep. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Very good value for money. I cannot fault this mattress at all. We ordered this mattress with some doubts as we couldnt try before buying it, although the reviews on here are overall positive. Me and my partner both suffer of back ache, therefore it was really important to find a mattress that could give us enough support. Weve left it on the bed for 48 hours so it could take its shape back properly and we just woke up form a very pleasant night sleep!! Absolutely in love with this mattress, it’s thicker than I expected and super comfy! Definitely worth the money. Only down side for me was he delivery, it came quicker but as it’s boxed and I love up 1 set of stairs the drivers wouldn’t lift it up the stairs for me. It was physically far too heavy for me to lift on my own, so It had to stay at the bottom of my stairs for hours until a family member could come and help.
