The lid came unattached and is impossible to put on; the drainage pipe is not plugged so after filling the machine the first time I ended up flooding my bathroom; it can barely do a single shirt. The buttons are difficult to press. That basket in the middle is useless might as well not be there cause all it does is help clothes get stuck in the spinning motor. The appliance is great, it fits my drawer at work and will allow me to have warm sandwiches when at work. But it arrived slightly damaged. One piece of plastic outside was broken.
