I'm very happy with this stylish office chair. The back rest is perfect, my lumber region fitting perfectly into the curves. I'm tall, 5'10", my long legs are also comfortable on the seat, and at its lowest position my feet and knees are in perfect alignment. Putting it together was OK...half an hour, the instruction stage 4 is a little unclear - when fitting part I to the seat, it slightly overlaps part H to line up the screw holes. The main reason for the purchase is to use it to play and practice my bass guitar comfortably - perfect! Then I just swivel and roll over to my desk to work on my music.. Jane. Leicester. I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Very happy with the product. More sturdier than I expected. I found the assembly instruction relatively easy to follow. However the holes between one piece to another didn’t align as well as they should have, this is what took time. Had they aligned I would have done it in Less than half hour. Hence a 4 star, instead of 5. Seat and back support was sturdier than I thought. Looks good.. Rebecca. London. Thu Aug 13 2026
