Cook food slowly and retain more of their nutrients and flavour with this professional pressure cooker. Cooking food this way makes them more soft while retaining the juices that flow out of the ingredients. This is ideal for casseroles and soups where flavour is more preferable. The pressure cooker is compatible with most hobs including gas and induction. It comes with certified safety measures like locked lids at high pressures and safety valves and thick aluminium construction. The pressure cooker has a whistle valve to notify you when the pressure has reached the optimal amount so you can lower the heat to slowly cook the remaining time.

Simmer/Buffet keeps your meal piping hot. Reheat brings your meal back to life. High makes your slow cooking faster. Low gives your meal more time. Warm helps you serve without losing heat. The pan OmniCooker has cutting edge Thermolon Volt coating which is PFAS free ensuring healthy cooking. The removable 6L pot is ultra-durable and makes it easy to sear before you go slow

Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation. Whereas my previous slow cooker had options of sauté, low/high and warm the GreenPan cooker does allow more manipulation of temperature - and time. Early day but impressed so far.. Nial. London. The hob top is made of heat-resistant glass, which boasts durability and safety. It contains 4 burners that can be used individually or simultaneously. The temperature is monitored by the built-in sensor, so the hob will be switched off automatically if it gets too hot or you have forgotten to switch it off. Thanks to its after residual heat indicator, the display will give you a warning when the stove remains heated for some extra time and releases residual heat, and it will emit an acoustic signal after the selected time or be switched off after a set time with the individual timer (up to 99 minutes). Additionally, the child safety lock prevents little hands from adjusting the controls and locks the controls for cleaning. This safe and stylish electric cooker will definitely ensure you to enjoy a happy kitchen life!Warning:We recommend you use the product with a separately grouped fusebox/meter cupboard.
