Good quality product and efficient service.. Anonymous. Haxby York, GB. Mon Jun 01 2020

Shield your home from unpredictable weather with this durable transparent awning, designed to protect doors and windows from rain, snow, and harsh UV rays. Made from weather-resistant PET material, it prevents rust and corrosion while maintaining clarity and strength over time. The sleek, modern design blends effortlessly with any architectural style, offering discreet yet effective protection.

This retractable awning will surely be an ideal option for use in front of the window, on the terrace, balcony or in your garden. This water-, UV- and weather-resistant awning is made of quality fabric with a PA coating. Meanwhile, the strong steel frame enables the awning sturdy and durable. The easy-to-clean polyester canopy can be removed and washed. Additionally, this product can not only be used as an ordinary awning, but also cover the window completely in the meantime. Thanks to the supporting bar and chain, this awning is retractable. Besides, the height and the angle of the awning can also be adjusted. The product is easy to assemble. This product should be installed in smooth and flat surfaces.

The fabric is good quality, but that's where the quality ends. The main (4m long) reel is made up of 4x 1m sections that slot together. However there is not much overlap and they do not fit tightly, so there is significnt sag when assembled - looks absolutely awful. Spending an additional £30 on aluminimum angle-iron sections screwed to the inside of the tube solved this. The supplied fixing screws are very, very weak and sheared off with only moderate force from a hand screw driver, rendering them useless. DO NOT use the supplied screwd - get decent quality ones from toolstation/screwfix/etc.. Gavin. London, GB. Sun Jul 20 2025
