I purchased this thinking the entire frame was enclosed in the package. Then again, I thought that’s too good to be true. I received the hardware for a Murphy Bed. I’ve wanted one for quite sometime. Multi-functional furniture might be the coolest thing ever! They can be used as one thing for one situation and can become an entirely different piece of furniture to fit your needs in a different circumstance. This unique table can be used as both a table or a tall shelf depending on your needs. Need an extra table while having a dinner party where you'll need extra seating spots? Just roll your shelf over and turn it into a table that can fit 4 or 6 more people.

Due to limited space, I needed to get rid of my current reading table and get a table that would be more space-saving. Most of the space-saving options that I saw during my searches, did not seem very durable. The few that seemed to fit the bill either had extremely long delivery times or were very expensive. I finally found this table after a very long search process, and it was stated that it would be delivered on the 29th of February. It was however delivered a day later than stated. The packaging also did not seem so secure, but the table was not damaged on delivery. On opening the parcel, the shelf/table parts seemed to be made of good quality wood and metal. However, because the shelf/table seemed very heavy, I was not really confident about hanging it on the wall using the fixings and screws supplied. I used more heavy-duty fixings to hang it up. Installation was a straightforward process. A step-by-step process for the installation was provided in the sheet in the package. There was also a code that you could scan with your phone, and it takes you directly to a video showing the process. Templates were even provided, to help you know where to mark and drill the wall. Overall, I am satisfied with the table as it seems like it would last for a long time. Overall happy with the purchase, looks great and is extremely practical for having a n extra bed in a small space. One thing I would be wary of is that it’s quite tricky to assemble and you need to make sure you are able to attach well to a wall (at the very least to the studs). The instructions for assembly aren’t very clear when it comes to installing the mechanisms and springs. Also the delivery wasn’t great - the company delivered later than the expected date and refused to bring the boxes up one flight of stairs in the apartment building. I appreciate the current COVID restrictions, however leaving it in the hallway on the first floor is not much different to leaving it in the hallway on the ground floor w.r.t entering the building. Absolute trash. Avoid. The finish was appalling, scuffs and scrapes everywhere. The dowels that were supplied were either too small or the pre-drilled holes were too big so they provided no strength whatsoever. Nothing lined up. Pre-drilled holes were all out of alignment so when it came to screwing bed panes down, the screws missed their mark and spilt the wood on the other side. For £699 I would have expected a LOT better.
