Frustrating delivery, wrong item, and painful to sit on Ordered a dark brown sofa, but delivery was delayed for weeks. I had to repeatedly chase customer service to track down the package, which was lost in transit before being located. When it finally arrived, Wayfair delivered a light beige sofa instead of dark brown. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely stiff and not soft at all—sitting on it leaves my whole body aching. Really lovely sofa!. There is a knack to assembling it, but YouTube has a video which is invaluable. It’s definitely worth the effort as the fabric is soft and the colour is great.
