As there is little to no need for oil, it is an extremely healthy way to cook your favorite meals. Once you have finished cooking, all you need to do is wipe down the easy-clean plates and store them away ready for next time.

I was going to give it 3 stars but I have used it a bit more and find the unit works very well for items like 'sauteing' cherry tomatoes in a drop or two of olive oil as well as a quick toasting of the wide sourdough bread slices. I put 1 or 2 dishes on top of it so plates get warm. Controls are clear. The door on the old toaster oven [ I still have ] is connected to the grill pan so it came out when the door was lowered, making removing hot food a lot easier.
