This timber vegetable planter is ideal for growing all types of vegetables, particularly deep-rooted ones such as carrots and potatoes. This raised bed is well worth paying a little more for. It took about an hour and a half to assemble (32 screws) but the finished product is excellent quality. It is very sturdy, strong, fade proof, waterproof and has a modern colouring to blend into most gardens, it won't need painting or treating, and I found it a good height for me at 5 foot 5 inches. Once filled with soil it is also wind proof. You can plant about 15 lettuce comfortably, or more if you plant them closer still. The bonus for me which I was not aware of before ordering, is the water gauge. The gauge tells you when to water your plants, or if there is too much water in the bed, if it is flooded from rain there is a plug to release the excess water onto the ground below or into a watering can. Designed with the perfect planting depth for growing herbs and salads. The planter's relatively compact footprint means it can be positioned conveniently near a back door or on a balcony plus the attractive design means it will look great in any garden setting. Making it easy to crop and tend to them. There is also plenty of room for all the herbs you are likely to need including thyme, sage, parsley and chives. Just remember to plant any mint in a pot to prevent it from spreading. The planter is also ideal for creating a display of decorative flowering plants. We recommend lining the planter with a suitable porous membrane before filling it with compost, especially if you are using it to grow edible produce. If using to grow food products we recommend lining the bed/planter with a membrane before adding the soil.

This 3 tier hobby greenhouse is a good helper in your garden. It can be used in the garden after a simple assembly. Put your flowers and plants in the greenhouse, you can let the plants fully enjoy the outdoor sunshine, and grow heartily. You don't need to worry about too much wind and rain, turning over the flowerpot and other problems, all you need to do is to water regularly. With the greenhouse, even if you don't have the skill to plant flowers, your flowers can grow well.

Made from extremely durable Zincalume® steel with Colourbond coating so it lasts up to four times longer than regular galvanised steel. Choose the shape that suits your needs: as a long, narrow bed, as a traditional square bed, or one of two rectangular shapes. At 38-39cm high (bed height may vary +/-50mm), it’s suitable for all types of vegetables, herbs and flowers and minimises bending and stooping when you’re planting or weeding. We recommend placing the bottom edge of the bed in a layer of 10-20mm gravel. This allows excellent drainage and protects the bottom edge of the bed. Placing on level ground is also advised. No liner is required. Flat packed for home assembly, the no-tools-assembly kit includes hardware plus plastic protective edging for the top edge.
