The main reasons for buying this were delivery and price. I wanted an electric recliner to give me more positions but for me the back may be just a little too high which puts a little pressure on my neck which gives me a niggle. That being said the varying positions help so i don't have to sit unreclined for too long. The motion is a little slow but you just have to get used to that. Another thing is moving once it's reclined, its a little wobbly and i don't want to put too much pressure on the back as its may effect the elctric motor which all adds to an air of having to be careful. I think i've found a reasonable angle and i had a spare footrest so its not too bad. Its the least bad one i've had and i've returned 4 chairs to try and find one that is OK for my back. This is the one i've settled for. If i had the money and time for a delivery time of a month i would have gone elsewhere but wayfair fits the budget and the delivery can be good if you're lucky.. Chair comfortable. Back seems badly filled as flat after sitting. The delivery was less than satisfactory. Advisedvthat itcwoukd arrive on Monday which did not happen. Tracking page advised 2 man delivery and into room of choice. No. One man who struggled with heavy weight and wanted to leave out side. He eventually moved it into hall where I said to just leave it. As I am nearly 80 this was most difiicult for myself and 80 year old husband. The previous chair ordered from your company was during covid and item left outside which was understandable.
