The piece of furniture in itself is really nice. However, I do advise everyone to check it for flaws before putting together as we didn't (an error of judgement on our part) and only noticed after putting it together it had a tear in the fabric. Also the fitting to attach the gas spring on the lid was at a ninety degree angle. The fitting was fortunately able to be fixed. Maybe better packaging would have helped. Such a beautiful table so easy to assemble. It took me about two a half hours total to build and that was after I messed up with one of the boards by having it the wrong way round. Twelve screws in, nowhere to put the other two so twelve screws out, turn it round put fourteen screws back in.
