Not everyone needs the same height. Not everyone runs the same temperature. The Emma Adapt Pillow is built around the idea that your pillow should work for you, not the other way around. Three foam layers sit inside the pillow: a Gel Memory Foam top layer that hugs your neck without overheating it, a Visco Memory Foam middle layer that distributes pressure and adapts to your body in any sleeping position, and a soft HRX Foam base that provides resilient support through the night. Remove one or two layers to lower the height and soften the feel, or keep all three for maximum support. Good Housekeeping tested it and found it "comfortable to sleep with," noting that the adjustable layers make it easy to dial in your preferred height and firmness. Open-cell foam throughout promotes airflow so the pillow stays breathable through the night. The elasticated cover is removable and machine washable at 60°C. Backed by a 2-year guarantee. Try it for 30 nights. If it is not right for you, returns are handled directly through Wayfair.

The Emma Adapt Cooling Pillow is built for people who run warm at night and want the flexibility to dial in their own comfort level. The top layer uses ThermoSync foam, which actively regulates temperature by absorbing excess heat from your body and releasing it when you cool down, so your sleep temperature stays consistent rather than swinging from too hot to too cold. Below it, an HRX Foam layer provides resilient head and neck support, and a soft breathable foam base rounds out the construction. All three layers are removable, giving you control over the height and firmness. Tech Radar described it as offering "a personalised feel," noting that one side uses firm cooling foam, another softer foam, and you can remove sections to adjust the loft from high to low. The knitted UltraDry-Plus cover lets air circulate freely and is fully removable and machine washable at 60°C. Size: 70x40cm, 1.3kg. Backed by a 2-year guarantee. Try it for 30 nights.
