Chair looks good and the fabric is lovely. The operation of the chair's functions isn't that good, though. The massage functions are on a pretty clear and detailed hand-held remote. However, the reclining/raising functions are managed from buttons on the side of the chair, under the right-hand armrest. I would give 4* only because the information regarding mattress is not accurate. The top mattress might be fine with 20cm even 22cm thick but the bottom one absolutely not.
