The floors are clear, he negotiates an odd room set up with dining chairs and dog beds, random wires from the kids gadgets with ease, and he's not shy about letting you know when he needs some assistance (empty the bin/uneven surface). Amazing hoover. Abit top heavy so doesn't stand well. Needs to lean against something. However the quality of the hoover out ways this. No hair gets in the brush. The filter has two sections. One only collects hair and the other the dust and dirt. Even if your carpet looks clean ,it sucks up stuff you'd never see. Love it. Long cord too which helps. You can switch from carpet to floor mode. And it's not too loud either. Would recommend. Anonymous. Dundee, GB. Fri May 29 2026

Efficient and the two speed action is useful. It took me a while to work out how to remove the tank to get to the filters. Maybe your instructions should advise customers that they have to remove the handle first.. Maria Goodess. London Se21. Thu Sep 03 2026

I purchased this as it was light weight and perfect to use on a daily basis, rather than dragging out my Henry. Did a good job for around 5 weeks on my laminate floor then it started getting blocked on a daily basis even though it was emptied after every daily use!! Then came the over heating! Gave up with it in the end and took it with other rubbish to the tip!, maybe i just had the one that malfunctioned! But in my opinion it really was a cheap priced bit of junk. You literally get what you pay for.. Donna. Tamworth, GB. Tue Sep 29 2026
