It’s very well made, comfortable and I’m pleased with it. To improve the backrest it could have a couple of pieces of Velcro attached to each side of the upper backrest. This would enable customers to secure it to the back of their chairchairs. It does tend to slip down without this improvement. I was a machinist and will be adding Velcro to my chair. I understand ther would be added costs, but it would be worth it. Also, it would be nice in a dark wine coloured faux velvet. That would match my seat cushion. Buying a nursing chair during lockdown when it wasn't possible to try them out in person was definitely tricky, but I'm pleased with my choice. Good thickness of the seat pad and comfy to sit on. Easy to assemble. More modern looking a fabric than some covered in courduroy. Does creak a little but that's due to the tightness of the fabric, not the actual wooden structure.
