Beautiful thick rugs but I was appalled at the packaging it was not wrapped in plastic and the bag they delivered was open upon speaking to the delivery driver it was like that when they got it 45 pound for a rug that was not packaged properly was disgusting. New wool is dirt-repellent and hard-wearing but tends to fluff. Don't vacuum up the wool fluff, but step on it. The formation of fluff decreases over time due to the matting of the surface.
