For the price quite a good chair. However, it is very complicated to assemble the instructions after the base and for the canopy are not that good and I can see why it needs professional assembly. I wish I had added this on as I now cannot assemble the canopy and have had to call in a handyman. The material the canopy is made of is not weatherproof and it does state susceptible to mould. The egg-shaped frame is woven with a textured PE rattan weave for a natural look which is complimented by the cushions which will hug you from all sides. Sits on black plastic feet. Constructed from a sturdy steel frame, wrapped in PE rattan, the frame is UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If they do get wet then allow them to fully dry in the sun or somewhere warm before you store them. This set includes a FREE water resistant cover but please note, this is not fully waterproof and you should still store your cushions somewhere dry during wet weather and through winter.
