Treat your Sunday roast to a ‘MasterClass’ in professional bakeware performance. This vitreous enamel roasting tin uses the same heavyweight steel design as MasterClass’s award-winning bakeware range. But there’s an added ingredient – a thick, extra-tough layer of vitreous enamel. Together, these materials provide superior protection against nicks, scratches and heat damage. The end result: a roasting pan that’s more than durable enough for commercial kitchens, as well as busy homes. The oven tin measures 27 x 21 cm (10½” x 8½”), with a depth of 4 cm (1½”). This small-but-practical size makes it ideal for roasting smaller beef sirloins and pork shoulders to tender perfection, as well as cooking crisp roast potatoes and succulent veg. Enamelled Bakeware for Outstanding Strength This roasting pan is formed from a core of 1 mm-thick carbon steel. This heavyweight design ensures there’s no warping or buckling, even when you put the tin under a hot grill. It’s also been through a high-temperature enamelling process, the end result being a tough layer of glass fused forever onto the surface of the pan. This durable finish means the pan is incredibly scratch resistant. You can even use metal utensils without scratching or damaging it. With proper care, it will last for years. Safe on the Hob – Gas, Electric or Induction Another great feature of MasterClass’s vitreous enamel bakeware is its ability to withstand direct heat from just about any source. As a result, you can use this roasting tin on gas, electric or induction hobs, which is a great way to make gravy from tasty cooking juices. Love a bit of summer sunshine? You can even use this super-tough pan on the barbecue! — Measures 27 x 21 x 4 cm (10½" x 8½" x 1½") — Tough enamel layer is easy to rinse clean — Dishwasher safe — With MasterClass's 25 year guarantee The MasterClass Professional Vitreous Enamel Collection With its combination of heavy duty steel and hardwearing vitreous enamel, MasterClass Professional's vitreous enamel bakeware provides exceptional results, time and time again.

This large roasting tin with handles looks handsome, practical, and reliably sturdy. Behind its unassuming appearance, however, this roaster has the power to start a quiet cookware revolution in your kitchen. There are two things you need to know. First, it’s made of cast aluminum. This material is seriously strong compared to everyday aluminum, but is lightweight and has excellent heat distribution properties. The result is a roasting tray that’s easy to handle, but produces crisp, succulent roasts from Sunday to Christmas, and beyond. Secondly, it’s extremely abrasion-resistant. Two layers of a special scratch-proof non-stick coating ensure a lifetime of easy cleaning and fuss-free food release. Add in robust, easy-to-grip handles, and an extra deep design that can handle big turkeys or family-sized portions, and the formula is complete. This is a large roasting tin that’s built for real kitchens and will last for years.
