OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Measurements shown for the full sofa wasn’t untill we ordered it said it was for the right seat! (Why sell half a sofa!) couldn’t stop the order so had to wait for it to be delivered to then send it back. That’s where the problem started. Evri left me waiting in all day with a time slot of 8am - 8 pm. No confirmation. Wayfair wasn’t any help. Had a very patronising Person or ai on the “help” chat. Had to try contact evri. Wasn’t untill the 4th complaint for Wayfair and evri that it got collected by evri after Wayfair changed it to dhl and then didn’t cancel dhl coming to collect something that had already gone. Construction was simple and the chair is well made, comfortable and sturdy. It has quickly became one of my favourite pieces of furniture in the house.
