This is a beautiful piece of furniture. It looks slick and high end . I have friends asking where they can pick it up Just from pictures they’ve seen on my social media. It wasn’t difficult to assemble, but I did make a mistake and it was easy and neat to fix. It took me (alone) about 3.5 hours including on doing two parts and redoing them because I had fixed them wrong but you can see it turned out fine. Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks.. Great Quality Product and delivered timely! It took a couple of hours, but I managed to assemble it alone, and I normally shy away from that. It took me a while to find a tv stand that would hide all the wires and had cabinets tall enough for my cable modem. It also has plenty of room for my DVDs. I ordered the grey and must admit it does look more taupe than grey depending on the lighting, but it still works. I love the contrast of the wood grain top.
