Beautiful thick rugs but I was appalled at the packaging it was not wrapped in plastic and the bag they delivered was open upon speaking to the delivery driver it was like that when they got it 45 pound for a rug that was not packaged properly was disgusting. This rug has been listed as a bigger size when I bought it. It was listed as 507cm x 456cm and I recieved a small size 180x 200. Its been a month Im trying to resolve this issue. Very bad customer service , misinforming customers about product dimensions is illegal and should not happen!
