Dreadful service - finally arrived 2 weeks later than date I was given. Was told it would be here yesterday afternoon/evening so changed my plans to be here - nothing. Today it was just left outside my door, delivery man didn’t even ring the doorbell - thank goodness it wasn’t raining and I was home but as a 73 year old with a bad back it was an arduous task to get it in the house! Unpacked the boxes and surprise surprise the unit is not the same colour as I ordered, the marble top is quite different too and there’s a sizeable chip in the edge of it!! The package contains 1 bathroom cabinet, anti-tilt protection, an accessory package and multi-language manual supporting DE, FR, EN, ES and IT. Do not allow children to climb or play on the unit. Do not exceed the 20 kg load limit. Secure the cabinet to the wall with the supplied anti-tilt fitting. Avoid heavy water contact and wipe surface moisture with a dry cloth.
