Very disappointed Shoddy workmanship with poorly aligned pilot screw hols, some holes inadequately pre-drilled out, poorly aligned panels. The professional who I paid to assemble it was not impressed! And he was very surprised by how much I paid for the unit. Also, I was under the impression that the mattress that I was upselled would fold up into the unit. It doesn’t!. Richard Mendelson. Dorking. During sleep, your body naturally creates more pressure around areas such as your shoulders, hips and lower back. This is why comfort begins with a material that can respond to your body's shape. The mattress uses 40kg/m³ Memory Foam, a high-density memory foam layer designed to gently contour around your body and help distribute weight more evenly for a more comfortable sleeping surface. But comfort alone is not enough. A mattress also needs to support you as you move. As sleeping positions change throughout the night, materials need to respond quickly while maintaining balance. Beneath the memory foam, 30kg/m³ Reflex Foam provides a responsive transition layer, helping the mattress recover naturally and maintain consistent support. The foundation beneath these layers plays an equally important role. Without a durable support core, the comfort materials above cannot perform at their best over time. That's why the Balance Memory Foam Mattress uses EcoFoam, a high-density support layer created by repurposing premium polyurethane foam. It provides the stability needed for long-lasting performance while supporting a more considered approach to material use. Comfort also begins before you reach the foam layers. The mattress is finished with a soft bamboo non-quilted cover and manufactured in the UK using carefully selected materials.

I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. Three integrated drawers provide valuable storage space for clothing, bed linen, and more, while the included bed slats look after mattress life and ensure you'll sleep soundly through the night.

Really sturdy, with lots of storage room. You can easily fit a winter duvet into the draw, it's really roomy. Exactly what I was looking for my growing son. Quite easy to put together, all the screws and other things were labelled very well and the instruction was well read. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars it's the little chip we have in the wood just between the draws, it's quite visible unfortunately, however doesn't affect the functionality in any way.. Kinga.
