OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. Arrived safe and sound, looks great. Nice and firm, but not super firm. Good chair to have in a living room if you have guests around, Would give 5 stars, except had some scratches near one of the screw holes. Not sure if that was a manufacturing error, or a transit issue. For the price I paid, that's not great. That said, solid chair all round.
