These mattresses (I got 2) are perfect for my new day bed. The one on the trundle is a little bit too big now that it’s been out of the packaging for a couple of days but still works, I just have to squeeze it down a bit to pull it out but I’d rather my guests have a comfier sleep than go for a thinner mattress.. During sleep, your body naturally creates more pressure around areas such as your shoulders, hips and lower back. This is why comfort begins with a material that can respond to your body's shape. The mattress uses 40kg/m³ Memory Foam, a high-density memory foam layer designed to gently contour around your body and help distribute weight more evenly for a more comfortable sleeping surface. But comfort alone is not enough. A mattress also needs to support you as you move. As sleeping positions change throughout the night, materials need to respond quickly while maintaining balance. Beneath the memory foam, 30kg/m³ Reflex Foam provides a responsive transition layer, helping the mattress recover naturally and maintain consistent support. The foundation beneath these layers plays an equally important role. Without a durable support core, the comfort materials above cannot perform at their best over time. That's why the Balance Memory Foam Mattress uses EcoFoam, a high-density support layer created by repurposing premium polyurethane foam. It provides the stability needed for long-lasting performance while supporting a more considered approach to material use. Comfort also begins before you reach the foam layers. The mattress is finished with a soft bamboo non-quilted cover and manufactured in the UK using carefully selected materials.

Enjoy a supportive and comfortable night’s sleep with this UK-made memory foam sprung mattress. Designed with a European-engineered 13.5-gauge spring unit, it combines reliable support with generous layers of luxury padding and responsive memory foam for a balanced sleeping surface. The memory foam comfort layer gently adapts to the body, helping to relieve pressure and improve overall sleep comfort. A super-soft micro-quilted sleeping surface adds an extra layer of cushioning, while the contemporary straight-line design gives the mattress a clean, modern finish. The cool-touch sleeping surface is designed to enhance comfort throughout the night, making this mattress a practical choice for both adults and children. It is made to fit standard UK bed bases; however, due to the overall mattress depth, it may not be suitable for bunk beds. Manufactured in the UK and compliant with BS 7177:2008 for domestic use, the mattress is vacuum-packed, rolled and boxed using in-house technology for convenient delivery and easier handling around the home.
