Designed for naturally balanced comfort with added practicality, this medium feel hybrid mattress combines a responsive 1000 pocket spring system with a breathable wool comfort layer and supportive eco foam. Finished with five integrated handles, it is easier to manoeuvre during delivery, setup and routine rotation, making it a practical choice for everyday living. The mattress delivers dependable support and consistent structure across the full sleeping surface, retaining its shape and edge support even after being rolled for delivery. Natural materials and considered construction work together to create a fresh, comfortable and supportive sleep environment throughout the year. 1000 Pocket Spring Support Individually wrapped pocket springs respond independently to your body’s weight and movement, offering tailored support from head to toe. This adaptive structure helps relieve pressure points and supports healthy posture, while maintaining reliable performance and shape over time. Medium Comfort with Natural Balance Rated at a medium comfort level, the mattress offers a versatile feel that suits a wide range of sleeping styles. The eco foam layer provides stable, resilient support, while the wool comfort layer adds gentle cushioning for immediate comfort without compromising support. Breathable Natural Wool Comfort Layer The natural wool layer enhances airflow and helps regulate temperature by wicking away moisture. This allows the mattress to feel cooler in warmer conditions and comfortably insulating during cooler months. Wool is naturally breathable and hypoallergenic, contributing to a fresher and more comfortable sleep surface. Reduced Motion Transfer Thanks to the individually pocketed spring design, movement on one side of the mattress is less likely to disturb the other. This minimised motion transfer makes the mattress well suited to couples or light sleepers. Five Integrated Carry Handles Five stitched fabric handles are positioned around the mattress to improve grip and control when lifting or repositioning. These handles make setup and occasional rotation easier. The mattress is single sided and does not require flipping, keeping maintenance simple and straightforward. Rolled and Boxed for Convenient Delivery Delivered rolled, vacuum packed and boxed, the mattress is easy to transport through narrow doorways and staircases. Once unpacked, it expands quickly, regaining most of its depth within a few hours, with full recovery typically achieved within 48 hours. Responsibly Made in the UK Manufactured in the UK, this mattress is produced using materials selected with sustainability in mind. The pocket springs include partially recycled steel, the eco foam layer is made from reclaimed foam materials, and the wool layer and outer fabric are recyclable. Packaging meets current environmental standards.

Bought mattress for our son and he would be the first to criticize if it was even the slightest bit uncomfortable but no complaints whatsoever. That says a lot!. Rkc20. North East. Fri Aug 14 2026

Some nights you just run hot. The Emma Original Pro is built for exactly that — six layers, 27 cm tall, with ThermoSync® graphite foam at the top doing one specific job: drawing excess heat away from your body so your sleep temperature stays steady all night. The ThermoSync® layer is graphite-infused, engineered to conduct heat out rather than let it pool. Below it, Airgocell® foam keeps air moving, MemoryAdapt foam molds to your shape and eases pressure at your shoulders, hips and lower back, and SupportBase creates a firm, stable handoff to the spring core. That core is a 7-zone pocket spring system running edge to edge, with zones for your head, neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees and feet. The most precise zoning in the Original range. The feel is body-hugging. Medium firmness (3/5), with gentle cushioning at the surface and progressively more support the deeper you sink. Good for side sleepers, back sleepers and anyone who wakes up warmer than they'd like. The cover is soft, fully removable and machine washable at 40°C. UKFR certified. Try it for 100 nights. Not right for you? Returns are handled through Wayfair. The 10-year guarantee covers all foam and spring layers. Winner: Ideal Home Bedroom Award 2025.

Excellent matress so comfortable!. Katharine. Tue Sep 08 2026

Soft, breathable wool/bamboo top layer. Breathable wool and moisture-wicking bamboo offers superior moisture management, which helps regulate body temperature. Three luxurious layers of springs. Two layers of titanium alloy Aerocoil springs to encourage pressure relief, PLUS another layer of micro springs for optimum support. Cushioned sleep. Open structure Simbatex foam designed to offer enhanced airflow and more cushioned comfort. Edge-to-edge support. SupportCore spring base prevents roll-off at the sides. Made in specialist mattress factories. 3,800 titanium alloy Aerocoil micro springs nestle in the upper layers. You won’t be able to feel them, but they compress individually in response to your body, designed to support pressure relief while limiting transfer of movement to your partner. This luxury mattress also features our unique SupportCore Base, with 1,000 pocketed, barrel springs to ensure edge-to-edge support.

Fantastic support for someone who likes quite a bit of firmness with some give lower down in the layers. You can feel the support all over your body. It’s very nuanced but appreciated by a sleep optimisation obsessive like myself!!. Anonymous. Thu Mar 12 2026

Pillowtop mattresses take sleeping comfort to the next level by including an additional top layer of padding in a sumptuous pillowed top section. This will help to evenly distribute your weight across the mattress making them great for any sleep position. This means front, back or side sleepers can benefit from the additional levels of support offered by the pillow top. Our pillowtop mattresses are handcrafted in our own factory using a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology to create a luxuriously comfortable and long-lasting mattress. Our cashmere 1000-pocket pillowtop features 1000 individually pocketed springs for a superior level of support across the whole area of the mattress. As the springs can move independently of each other this makes the mattress great for people with restless partners as it stops you from rolling together and will help prevent you from feeling them move on the other side of the mattress. The top of the mattress is padded with a natural cashmere and wool blended which helps to regulate temperature meaning the mattress will not get too hot. This is supplemented by an airflow system with vents on all sides to expel warm and moist air. With traditional side support and generous side stitching, the mattress will keep its shape even when you are sitting on the edge. As with all traditional fillings, the mattress will feel slightly firmer at first and should over the course of a couple of weeks settle into a medium feel.

It took a while to deliver and I was even delivered the wrong size at one point however Wayfair customer service was amazing which is why I keep coming back. The mattress is very comfortable and a massive improvement over my previous memory foam mattress. I honestly think it's because it's more natural. My sleep has improved and my hip pain lessened almost immediately. I find the mattress to be the ideal balance of support and comfort. There is a smell off the mattress which hasn't completely evaporated yet, I don't find the scent unpleasant but I grew up next to a farm so I may have a higher tolerance than most to natural odours. I would quite happily recommend this product obviously the mattress is quite new so I can't speak to the longevity of it although I do hope it does me for some time to come.. Lorraine. Airdrie, GB.
