Looks great when assembled but the instructions are misleading. Note when it says cutouts need to be positioned externally, it means the protruding parts on the corner posts need to be on the INTERIOR corners. Dropping a star as there is also a gap between some roof panels where they don't quite match up in one corner, may be remedied by repositioning all roof panels but at this point we are going to live with it!. This Console Table looks good but could have probably be better wrapped before shipping as it arrived with a few scratches that are visible so I will have to 'colour' them with a black sharpie to make them less visible. This model comes with two slatted roof panels that give some shade from the sun and two pairs of slatted side panels. These panels offer a degree of privacy and can be fixed together on any side depending on your preference. It can be positioned on a hard standing or soft ground but whatever surface you choose we recommend that it is anchored to the ground, using either an easy-fit fence base (FBEF65) or easy-fit fence fast (FEF6575).

Wall panels are made from 12mm shiplap boards and all framing is sturdy 34mm square. This lovely corner house is manufactured from high grade FSC certified northern European pine. The roof and floor are tongued and grooved timber. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Works great for me, i wish the roof didn't have eyelet drainage holes for my use. but ill be covering them off (if you have it angled, the water should run off anyway; otherwise, it fills with pools of water on the roof).
