All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. I chose this summerhouse for its T&G floor and roof, and tempered glass. It went together very well with 2 people. Good instructions supplied, just remember to silicone all the joints as advised, and to measure the opening to fit the doors before screwing down the front apex.
