Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). The only tricky part for me when installing the base , I should have left the screws attaching the sides just a little looser so it was easier to slot it in. I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. I love the way the chair looks and it was pretty easy to put together. I think it’s pretty comfortable. However I am concerned about the cushions long term - they have already made impressions in them from sitting on it maybe an hour or two a day for the last week. I also wish the cushion on the ottoman would attach to its base - I’m thinking about using Velcro on it.
