It is finished in a rustic waxed colour that will complement any decor. Kiln-dried solid pine slats make for a very sturdy bed. 4FT, 4FT6, and 5FT have center support running from head to foot and also center feet.

I love this I don't know why people are saying the material is bad. I think they only say the because the person who assembled it for them was horrible at it. This has been designed with a pull out desk, a 3 drawer chest and shelving unit for books etc. The product also takes a standard UK single mattress (90cm x 190cm).

Great value but bunk could be a little more sturdy. Takes quite a while to put together but a lot of furniture so to be expected I guess. 1 man delivery for an item delivered in many boxes clearly marked 2 man lift - dont expect delivery any further than driveway if in a house. It is good and high and sturdy what I was looking for . But it came with 3 steps which can be a bit tricky. I am going to send email if I can have 4 steps for ladders. It can with 2 brackets but it was quite wobbly for my daughter who is 11. So I need to ask someone put another 2 brackets so it doesn’t move at all not sure if it happened because of carpet.. Looks very smart in my son's bedroom. My daughter wants one now. Everything is very neat with a hiding place or toy storage behind. Great for small rooms! The reason I have only given it 4 stars is due to the scratch marks and flaws in the paint work of the wood which is not what your expecting after paying £500 for the bed but after taking it all out of the box we weren't going to send it back then after my 7 year old boy has been waiting for it to be delivered. Also, there is a gap between all of the drawers which runs down both sides and this gap is not equal but it doesn't affect the opening and closing of the drawers. However, my son loves his new bed!!.
