Well I was advised to try oil filled heater as a chronic asthmaticcopd , I was told qt my asthma clinic , that these are so much better than using gas central heating as not only are they more cheaper and efficient to use , they are way better for your breathing, compared to gas central heating takes out all the good things a person needs for quality breathing and can leave the air very very dry! So I had been looking now and then, but when few wk ago Id gone blind in left eye and then cant weight bare on right leg without be in agony, I ended up in hospital for nearly a mnth, having tests and xrays (my blind eye hosp put down to my type1 diabetes) but no diagnosis for my right leg yet, altho I was diagnosed with arthritis in my lower spine, but specialist say this is not the fault of why my leg basically dont want to work, so I allowed home on bed rest ,basically having to crawl about in house, so when found this 9 fin oil filled heater that came with remote control I thought thats the one , so I bought it , yet when it came and un packed it, I found it was missing the remote control and the safety carry handle , only reason I bought this was cuss it had a remote control lol, but wasnt in it, which also show me must be a second for it to have missing parts!! So from that day of me open this item Ive try my best to contact wayfair and the heater manufacturer many times to request I get the missing posted out to me , but still waiting and get fobbed off, so Im very very disappointed and disgusted at how I being treat I bought this in good faith , I only want all parts I paid for. I expect better from huge company like wayfair !!!
