Yes a lot of assembly, the table was difficult as nothing lined up!! I've been building furniture for the past 38yrs. So am able to find a way around things, but in all honesty, the majority of the public will struggle. It was difficult bending the metal into position, will it last? Heaven knows. But advert should state difficulty is assembling for those who are not quite capable in putting furniture together & there are many out there. Do like it though. This folding table is especially handy for small rooms and niches where there isn't space for a larger table. As a slightly lower table, it is also suitable for a nursery. If the table is not needed, it can be folded and hung flat to the wall, so that it takes up very little space. Depending on the nature of the wall, the load capacity may be limited. Please check before assembly, whether the mounting accessories included in delivery are suitable.
