Chair looks good and the fabric is lovely. The operation of the chair's functions isn't that good, though. The massage functions are on a pretty clear and detailed hand-held remote. However, the reclining/raising functions are managed from buttons on the side of the chair, under the right-hand armrest. I love my chair the grey matches my sofas. Took a bit of time for my husband to make it up the back was a bit difficult to get on as only one side clicked in and the other side did not,it took him a bit of time to get the back back off.
