Create a safe haven for squirrels in your garden with this wooden nesting box. Generously proportioned, the house features entry holes on three sides and the underneath (perfect for the more inquisitive nut-gatherer) and is decorated with the silhouette of a squirrel at the front. A metal skinned roof completes this nest box, adding an extra layer of protection from the elements, and a metal hanging loop is fixed at the rear for easy siting on a screw or nail.

This rustic XXL bird feeder in a log cabin style is a proven classic when it comes to bird feeding. The solid birdhouse is made of weatherproof impregnated pine wood (Pinus sylvestris, main type of wood) and has a waterproof roof, which is covered with green bitumen shingles. It is ideal for offering grains and loose seeds and attracting many native wild birds into your garden. The wooden feed silo reliably protects the bird food inside from rain and dirt. Filling is done through the removable tip of the feeding station. The birdhouse comes into its own when mounted on a stand, e.g. on the corresponding birdhouse stand 33326e from Dakota Fields. European production is done by hand with a focus on the best quality workmanship.

I like the bird house but it's not the size written on the specification. It's much smaller and I'm unable to fit my hand in the box for cleaning. Not very happy. Antony. Farnborough, GB. Sun Mar 22 2026

This squirrel house is specially designed for squirrels to live, rest and use as a nest. Constructed from high-quality fir wood, this house use uses thickly cut pieces to provide even greater insulation and protect from the elements, meaning that squirrels visiting will stay snug and safe. It has 3 entry holes with 7 cm in diameter for squirrels easily in and out. It's important that the squirrel house is placed about 3 or 4 meters from the ground and next to a branch, so a squirrel can escape easily in case of danger.

Squirrels are a very entertaining garden visitor. With a dedicated squirrel feeder, you can train them to come and feed in a location which can be easily observed, and maybe even lure them away from the bird table. Enjoy watching the squirrels learn how to lift the lid and access the food.

This wooden hedgehog house provides shelter for hedgehogs and gives them places to hibernate during the winter and out of harm's way. This is especially relevant nowadays as studies have shown that hedgehogs tend to nest in bonfire stacks before they are lit; with tragic results. Made from untreated wood, these houses are ideal for hedgehogs as treated wood emits fumes that they can't handle. The house has a small opening at the front so the hedgehog can get in easily. Predators, such as foxes, however, stand no chance at getting inside.

Got it for some little mice I saw hanging outside my door. Not sure if they use it since I have the opening facing a wall, so I think they’re actually still living up underneath the stairs. Annadaire. Arlington, VA. Sun Mar 01 2026

Providing a shelter for hedgehogs gives them places to hibernate during the winter, somewhere they can be safe and warm, out of harm's way. This is especially important nowadays as recently, hedgehogs have been nestling down in bonfire stacks before they are lit; with tragic results. Made from wood (untreated - which is best for the hedgehogs as it emits no fumes), the hedgehog house has a large opening at the front so the hedgehog can get in easily, but small enough to keep foxes and predators out. The roof is made of bark, and blends in with surrounding flora, with only the cute hedgehog sign above the door giving a clue to who is inside.

This stunning wooden pet house is beautifully crafted from fir wood and would make the perfect home for your pet. This pet house would be perfect for animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs or ferrets. Furthermore, this hutch features an opened hinged roof, a lockable door flap and extra high feet to protect from cold and humid floors.
