I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. This chair from Wayfair seems to be the most well made and durable so far. It's very comfortable and looks great too! Thank you Wayfair for your help!. Thomas. Bognor Regis, GB. Sat Jul 25 2026

First off I will admit Im petrified of anything I have to put together myself. But this assembly truly was easy. So easy I wouldve regretted if I paid someone to set it up. Peoduct was delivered within a week in a box that was a little beat up although everything was so well packaged inside there was no damage to the product at all. This is a great looking chair. I wouldnt say it looks like real leather but that's because it is not. Seems to be built well, it swivels nicely, reclines a little but not much. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as I had hoped although its brand new and I noticed every time I sit in it it feels a little better. I dont feel its as supportive as I had hoped. My old chair actually feels better. This one looks great in my house much better than my old chair, but Im keeping both till I get used to this one. In all honesty if I sat in it before I bought it, I probably wouldnt have bought it. But I feel it is the type of chair that will break in with more use and look and feel even better as time goes on.. Bethany. Peabody, MA. Thu Aug 13 2026

Nice chair and very comfortable. We got the navy blue. The color is perfect and the metal is very nice and not too shiny gold. My only small issue is that the back of the chair is a bit poorly sewn which makes the vinyl look plasticy. The chair itself is very sturdy and a decent value for the price.. Elena. Florida. To remove dirt and stains that result from everyday wear and tear, use a solution of mild soap, such as Ivory® liquid soap and water. Other options include Carbona Pet Stain Remover or Formula 409. Apply the solution over the soiled area and let it sit for approximately two minutes. Rub gently with a sponge or brush to remove the stain. Blot excess cleaner with a dry cloth and repeat at least once more to ensure total stain removal. For tougher stains, such as mustard or ketchup, use mild soap and water or Carbona Pet Stain Remover and apply the same system as stated above. Stains from certain substances, such as salad dressing, are a bit more difficult to remove because the oils within the substance penetrate the yarns of the mesh. Remove these stains quickly with soap and water or Formula 409 and rub gently with a sponge or brush to remove the stain. Blot excess cleaner with a dry cloth and repeat as needed. Fabric: Vacuum clean frequently, ideally every week if fixed covers. Remove stains as soon as they occur, with clean warm water or sparkling water. Extraction clean when necessary. Extraction cleaning might dissolve water based glue. Pay attention to temperature and amount of leaning fluid. Enjoy a healthy lifestyle. This ergonomic office chair features dynamic lumbar support and customizable height settings, providing you with all-day comfort and support. Prolonged sitting can lead to various pains including neck, back, and sciatic nerve pain. You may benefit from an ergonomic chair that effectively supports different parts of your body, alleviating discomfort and promoting a posture that minimizes strain on your body.

Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. But this chair leaves space so my legs don’t get numb while sitting. Also, the quality is amazing, that’s why I included close ups of the parts. The armrests rotate in so I can actually rest my elbows while typing. And the headrest comes down low enough to actually cradle my neck. The back is also able to adjust so that it fits your low and upper back at the same time. I’m 5’3” and never expected I would find a unicorn office chair like this!!!!. Sarah. US. Thu Aug 24 2023

Easy to assemble - took about an hour from opening the box! The only slightly tricky bit was putting the chair bit onto the base - however that is because this is a robust product and, therefore, quite heavy. It is very comfortable too. Helen. Poole, GB. Wed Jan 08 2025
