Some reviews have shared concerns about the quality on delivery, some items being missing or holes in the wrong places and instructions difficult to follow. One thing that isn't clear in the photos or description is that there are not trays in each of the 5 water levels. They are actually soft plastic/ polythene liners that are screwed in to place.
