I would have given this item a 5* except it felt quite slippy and also rustled a bit, not like the old style plastic one would though. I combated my slight worry by putting a quilted mattress protector over the top of it! I have no issues with it at all. I bought it at the same time as my new mattress-also from Wayfair, so love that it is fully encased! Great as a spare bed to use in my sewing room. Unfolds and moves easily, I am elderly so a great advantage as I can prepare the bed without help. Simple to put together but does need help to remove from the box and lifting after the wheels are attached. The bed seems strong but the mattress is rather thin for two people so I put a single duvet on the mattress and then covered with a quilted small double mattress cover before laying the sheet, this all stayed together very well and my two adult guest had a good nights sleep and said they were comfortable.
