I have opened the box (and resealed it) and Im not sure if some bits are missing yet as this wardrobe rack is for the house Im moving to in a few weeks and will get built then. Am a bit worried some of the metal legs might be damaged as box was strangely indented all down the long sides as well as having a massive hole ripped at one end, and Im also worried if the smaller components are all there or not too.... When I finished it, I noticed it properly and reported the issue, only to be told they are blaming me for the damage because I should have seen it earlier. As the pictures show, this is not damage from assembly, but customer support chose to claim it must have been (or could have been) from assembly so they won’t do anything. Far too expensive for what you get, but also make sure you examine everything before assembly because they don’t care. Really shocking and dismissive approach to customer service.. Anonymous.
