Due to current global scenario I ordered this product a couple months ago and is yet to arrive. I have however received the smaller 1 litre equivalents and improvised an air lock valve solution from another source and it works great. Looking forward to this arriving (this week) however so I can do larger batches without it overflowing (kimchi!). Nathan. Gateshead, GB. Mon May 11 2020
