Mine is in Grenadine. It is beautiful. I made Sous Vide ribeye steaks last night and seared them in this cast iron pan that I preheated and added olive oil. It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan. Great heavy duty pan. The non stick has survived the dishwasher well. Only minor frustrating thing is the metal lid.
