Very disappointed Shoddy workmanship with poorly aligned pilot screw hols, some holes inadequately pre-drilled out, poorly aligned panels. The professional who I paid to assemble it was not impressed! And he was very surprised by how much I paid for the unit. Also, I was under the impression that the mattress that I was upselled would fold up into the unit. It doesn’t!. Richard Mendelson. Dorking. I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. Quite easy to put together, all the screws and other things were labelled very well and the instruction was well read. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars it's the little chip we have in the wood just between the draws, it's quite visible unfortunately, however doesn't affect the functionality in any way.. Kinga. Love this bed frame, over the years we've had one in king and two in double sizes. Super sleek looking, the metal is great as our cat cannot scratch and ruin it, it's sturdy and easy to assemble.
